Jessica Moore serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, UMAR Services and oversees the operation of 18 UMAR group homes and three arts programs and supervises the fundraising and marketing efforts that support those programs in Central and Western North Carolina.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is also a 2017 graduate of the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities through the University of Delaware. Prior to working at UMAR, Jessica held a variety of roles in providing support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities including community-based service worker, targeted case manager, I/DD care coordinating regional manager and most recently she served as the I/DD Network Development Director with Vaya Health.

Andra Eason serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Philanthropy, UMAR Division, managing fundraising and marketing efforts for UMAR programs.

Andra attended Indiana Central University (now known as the University of Indianapolis) where she received a Bachelor of Social Work degree. Prior to joining UMAR, she worked with Joni and Friends as the Development Officer for the organization’s Southern region. She was responsible for fundraising in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida as well as internationally for programs in the Dominican Republic.

Carrie McDonald serves as Vice President of Operations, LTSS, UMAR Services, overseeing the delivery of care across UMAR’s sites in Central and Western North Carolina.

Originally from New York, Carrie completed her education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She began her career as a direct support professional in an ICF group home at the age of 19 and has spent her career working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has served as a group home manager and qualified professional in Texas and North Carolina and worked as a targeted case manager, care coordinator, care coordination supervisor and regional management for care management prior to joining UMAR.
